Vz. 64 Blesk historical reference
A Czechoslovakian light reconnaissance tank, developed as a response to the West German Spähpanzer concept—a light recon scout tank. The work was carried out as part of the "Klus" project. The U.S.S.R. and countries of the Warsaw Pact had no adequate analogues of such vehicles. However, as work on the Spähpanzer in Germany was terminated and since the design was inconsistent with the weapons system of Warsaw Pact countries, the project went no further than blueprints.
