Ho-Ri 1 historical reference
In the early 1940s, Japan began working on developing their own tank destroyers. One of these projects was for the Ho-Ri 1. The fighting compartment of this vehicle was located in the rear, and the rearranged chassis of the Chi-Ri medium tank was supposed to be used as a suspension. There were also plans to mount an experimental 105 mm gun. However, development was discontinued in favor of other projects.
