Damage ratio
Damage dealt divided by damage received, a measure of how efficiently a player trades their hit points.
Also known as damage taken ratio, dmg ratio.
A ratio of 2 means twice as much damage dealt as taken. It rewards good positioning and armor use in a way raw damage does not: two players with the same damage per game are not equal if one spends a full health bar getting there.
It is read with the class in mind. A heavy tank that holds a corner is supposed to take damage, and a tank destroyer that takes any has usually been caught.
