Crew training
A crew member's proficiency in their main role, as a percentage, which scales every stat that role governs.
Also known as crew level, training level, 100% crew.
A crew at 50 percent is noticeably worse than one at 100: guns aim slower, reloads take longer, the vehicle handles worse. Reaching 100 percent in the main role is the baseline, and everything past it goes into skills.
Moving a crew to a different vehicle costs some of that training unless the vehicle is a premium of the same nation, which is why premium vehicles are the standard tool for training crews.
Accelerated crew training redirects a vehicle's experience into the least trained member instead of into research, which is how a fresh crew is brought up to standard.
