World of Tanks RatingWTR

Wargaming's current rating, computed per vehicle from what a player does in battle and deliberately blind to whether the battle was won.

Also known as WTR, wot rating.

WTR scores each vehicle separately, then rolls those scores into one account figure. Depending on the vehicle's role it reads up to four things: damage dealt and assisted, damage blocked, vehicles destroyed, and survival. A heavy is judged partly on what it absorbs, a scout on what it makes possible, so the same account can score very differently on two vehicles it plays equally well.

Victories and defeats are not part of it. That is the deliberate difference with Personal Rating, which counts battles and wins and therefore keeps climbing as long as an account keeps playing.

The game shows it as a band (Bronze through Legend) rather than as a number, and only once an account has at least 50 random battles. It is replacing Personal Rating as the rating the client displays.
