Peek-a-boo
Rolling out of cover to fire a single aimed shot and reversing straight back before the opponent's reload finishes.
Also known as peekaboo, peek a boo, peeking, poke and back.
The entire exchange is a race between your reload and their reaction. A vehicle with a fast gun, decent handling and a usable reverse can take a shot every cycle and never be shot at.
It rewards gun handling above all, because a shot fired from a moving peek needs the aiming circle to close in a fraction of a second, and it punishes slow reverse speed, which is the main reason some vehicles cannot play a corner at all.
