Camouflage Net
The equipment that raises concealment once the vehicle has stood still for three seconds.
Also known as camo net.
A camouflage net does nothing while the vehicle is moving and a great deal once it stops. On a light tank or a tank destroyer with strong base concealment it is what pushes the spotting distance down to where the enemy is inside the vehicle's own view range while remaining blind.
It pairs with binoculars for the same reason: both reward the same stationary game.
