Munca in echipa presupune in primul rand sa-ti pierzi jumatate din timp explicandu-le celorlalti de ce nu au dreptate. Este de o mie de ori mai bine sa fii optimist si sa te inseli, decat sa fii pesimist si sa ai dreptate. Aici nu permitem atacul la persoana, jignirile, lipsa de respect sau de educatie. Ai cei 7 ani de-acasa si esti capabil sa te integrezi in echipa? Esti bine venit !

Suntem intotdeauna in cautare de potentiali colegi insa nu putem accepta orice cerere de aderare. Un minim de 18 ani (pentru seriozitate), prezenta OBLIGATORIE pe TS, un minim de 1000 WN8 si evident, cel putin un tanc de tier 8 pe care sa il dezvolti spre tier X, cu activitate pe joc. Daca esti interesat doar de CW fara sa joci in echipa (pluton, team battle, companie si stronghold), mai bine nu veni; nu avem nevoie de colegi de genul acesta. Important este sa ne simtim bine si nu doar sa fii colegul nostru doar daca primesti ceva.
