The people who believe using an ELC for over 5k battles to get into a high WN8 clan is the funniest and stupidest thing ever. Clan wars times will be decided on when there is enough members to see what the best going time is.
Requirements:

2. Have a tier 6 tank or higher anyone who doesn't will be allowed entry if they're willing to sit down and hard grind.
3. Polybius is in charge. What they say goes.
4. Show up once in a while. At the start, nothing will be enforced but eventually the goal is to see multiple teams fielded.
