Our mandate is to cause chaos and destruction that will bring profit to SPECTRE. Integrity and teamwork among SPECTRE will bring it to its goal of world domination, but in order to join our elite ranks you must be able to meet our list of qualifications:
- A minimum of ~3365 personal rating
- A commitment to use and be on our clan's Team Speak channel
- An adult maturity level (this doesn't mean we don't have fun, we're just mature about it)
