What we are looking for:
Anyone 18+ mature individuals(with a few exceptions)
Minimum Tier 5+ tanks/arty
Wants to help the clan grow and be successful

Military style organization with ranks
Willing to help new players learn the game or help the experiences players with the long grid.
RL comes first and gaming comes second.
