Todos tienen que seguir las ordenes de los comandantes, todos los problemas son resueltos por ellos, cada comandante en este clan es familia, gente de muchos años juntos lado a lado, se respeta todas las normas aplicadas por ellos, y si hay inconveniente con algún oficial, soldado ,recluta etc. se charla con todo el grupo, son normas fáciles para una buena comunicación, los que no estén de acuerdo, son liberados del clan.
