Super duper try-hards aren't welcome. They're a bit too serious. The goal is to platoon 2-3 and stay together to win as a team. From this you will earn credits, campaigns rewards, frontline, and etc. Participation isn't required and successful teams ARE NOT required to pick up other clanmates to fill a platoon. If you create a great platoon of teammates then you are using this clan as intended. No in fighting will be tolerated with immediate dismissal. See one of our platoons being successful, then ask them what they are doing. Sharing is caring but riding on coat tails and not performing is selfish. Make a set of platoon mates of your own.
