The LINCS is a social clan, not a competitive one. We play WoT for fun, and especially invite those who have served in the armed forces anywhere, anytime. There are no obligations in the LINCS; play as much or as little as you want.
We will not remove players for taking a break. The LINCS has several Discord channels, so we can have quite a few players platooning at any given time. We are trying out stronghold battles and tournaments, but nobody is required or obliged to play. By being in the clan we all get free stuff like directives and reserves. We activate clan reserves when we have three or more players on.
The more people we get in the clan, the more and better stuff we will all get just for playing like you normally would. Are you a lone wolf? Join and chat with us on Discord, or stay silent (lots do!) but know that you are joining a group of mature players who have everything to gain by playing together!
