You will need at Least a Tier 6 or higher for strongholds.
In order to participate in Clan Wars you will need preferred tier 10 tanks
DL a version of XVM, its a good tool for game-play.
Please DL and be able to use Discord for Company battles and Strongholds. If you want to participate in clan activities its a must. If you are in game then you need to be in Discord.
