The rising star is our brotherhood, our order. We accept people from any part of the world and all walks of life. This can be seen from its founding of two brothers of opposite ideologies, one being a Communist and the other a Japanese-military history enthusiast, both so very different, but joined in brotherhood. We in the Rising Star fight side-by-side as a testament to our ideals of Honor, Virtue, Wisdom, and Freedom. While we do stand for many great things, one must never forget that we're also here to have fun, play together, and do the best we can. The Rising Star rises, brothers and sisters of World of Tanks, and those few found worthy of joining will forever have a place of honor as one of our battle-brothers.

We are now allied with FURHQ and the other related clans, while we are not necessarily a furry clan ourselves, in the spirit of tolerance we offer support to our furry brothers and sisters. If you're a bigot, don't bother applying, troublemakers will be banned. Period.
