[-R-R-]ReRoll
The "Re-Roll" term came from a time where games were on pen and paper, and you spent time working on your toon, but the initial "starter" stats were rolled on dice (hence you got a chance at having great stats, like str/dex/whatever, or terrible).
In the original D&D, your stat rolls actually determined what you would play. bad STR Roll, but good Int roll? wanted to play a fighter? too bad, your the mage...
But I wanted to be the fighter. Hence, re-roll. This carried over into early online games where you couldn't change your skills (talent trees) once you selected them. so that character was what it was, bad talent choices and all. if you wanted better (or different) talents, you had to start a new one. we all just used the same term from the early Pen and Paper days.
