5. You need at least one T5 and up.

6. You hit ratio has to be a 41.00.

7. Your victories has to be a 42.00

8. And your personal rating has to be 2k or more

9. No Drama, got a problem, talk to a deputy commander

10. In pubs, be nice to others, unless they are total jerks

11. You have to be 14 years old and up to join.
