Clan for casual gaming, not performance. Of course, performance is welcomed, but not mandatory.
But there are some rules that are mandatory:
1. Respect your clanmates, partners, as well your adversaries;
2. Be polite. Cursing will not increase your performance, nor the performance of your partners or decrease the performance of your enemies. You can invite your partners to analyze battle performance and conclude ways to avoid mistakes in the future. Unsporting behavior will not be tolerated, nor in battle actions, nor in chat and will lead to exclusion from clan;
3. Don't give orders to no-one. We're not in the army. We play a video game to have fun. However, suggestions are always welcomed;
4. Please be patient with beginners and casual players. You can always teach them, show them the path to improvement. Being an asshole will not help them nor will help you;
5. Be aware about the fact that anyone can have every now and then a bad day, including you.
