ā¢ Use TeamSpeak
ā¢ Speak English or understand English for Clan Wars / Skirmishes
ā¢ Have two competitive tier 8 meta tanks and two competitive tier 10 meta tanks.
ā¢ Have a PR of over 6k for new Members
