[DNTS]Don't need ts

This is an international Clan without ts.
To be victoriously in Teambattles, Clanwars, ELS,.. there will be higher shooting conditions than the mean.
The WN 8 should be at least 1300.
The win rate should be at least 51%.
Tactical understanding should also be present.
Suitable tier 6, 8 and 10 tanks are prerequisite, too.
