In the wake of the Battle of Uman in August 1941, lessons learnt led to the formation of a new panzer division consisting of the most courageous and stupid tankers was assembled to attack lines front-on and cause chaos amongst enemy troops. They'd be designated as Panzer Division Meeptruppen, sometimes shortened to Meeptruppen or Meeps, and with experience, would become a feared unit amongst the ranks of their enemies. Disbanded at the end of the war as part of the German surrender in 1945.

They were later reformed as a mercenary group under no country or banner, fighting only because it's pretty funny and there's money in it for the victors.

They've yet to restore the Meeptruppen to the glory of the original division.
