We are a gaming community of like minded persons.
We do not judge a person on their skills alone. We look at a person's character, skill and skill potential, (IE. What you can be if guided well.) We do not encourage trash talking, cheating and quarreling. Social interaction between members is a requirement. Platooning is encouraged. In this community it is not the new member who must break the ice, it is we the established members that extend the warm hand of friendship.
