Welcome to Clan: Tank Battalion – Speed Bump. Odd name, maybe, but historical and an honorable one. It is inspired by a childhood friend of mine who was a tank commander in West Germany during the Cold War: 1980’s. His battalion was stationed on what was believed to be the FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE if the Soviets rushed over the border. Since their battalion was heavily out gunned numerically they gave themselves the moniker “speed bump.”
About Tank Battalion – Speed Bump Clan. This new Clan is designed to be a family friendly clan and a clan for World of Tank enthusiasts. I will be calling on members to behave in a considerate, mature and professional manner to their clan mates, and opponents. So, Grandpas and Grandmas, Dads and Moms, sons and daughters if you are into playing World of Tanks and Clan Wars, and having “serious-fun” at it then this is the clan for you. I wish to enter Clan Wars as soon as we have the numbers and the tiers available to be competitive.
