To be considered for permanent membership in [CELER], you must have completed a minimum of 25,000 battles in a Tier IV light/scout tank, and 4,000 battles in a Tier V light/scout tank. You must also have a highly developed spontaneous sense of humor, with a portfolio of a minimum of 100 screen grabs demonstrating this ability -- including a generous number of LOL's from both friend and foe. The screen grabs must be submitted before you apply for membership.
