Must be:
- 18+
- 4,000 Battles+
Must have 4 of the following:
* 50% winrate
* Recent Win8 over 1000
* 3 tier VI Tanks (non-Arty) over 50 battles in each.
* TeamSpeak 3 Installed
* 2+ days a week activity
