Hooliganism is disruptive or unlawful behavior such as rioting, bullying, and vandalism. we just love to display our unlawful behavior by speeding around in 30 ton tanks, rioting as we watch our allies go up in flames and bullying those who are in smaller tanks than ours. Vandalism???? what the town was flat when we rode thru the first time.
