First and foremost, this is a clan of scholars and fine gentlemen! You are not obliged to participate in anything at all. Platooning is frequently practiced however.
Satisfactory knowledge of at least three languages is higly advisable. Scientific degree is not mandatory but surely is an advantage. If you can't follow the conversation or find the narrative inappropiate you should perhaps look elsewhere.

If you happen to platoon with Commander of the clan personally, which is universally considered to be the ultimate treatment to one-self - you are invited to flatter him frequently, while complimenting his skills and prudency (even if he dies within first 30 seconds while yoloing on the Ensk map).
Field combat officers that are actually able to lead fights with authority will be payed in gold on a monthly basis.
