Il Clan è fondato da un gruppo di player che, in amicizia, hanno deciso di allargare ed ufficializzare questo gruppo unificandolo al piacere di giocare a World of Tanks.
Per cui nasce il Clan [VPDT], Ventordicesimo Panzer Division Totalstealer, fondato sulla creazione di una stabile comunità legata dal piacere di giocare a WoT e dall'amicizia.
Per cui, le richieste del clan sono:

Inoltre è stata da poco aperta la 1a Accademia Ufficiale del Clan VPDT, la [VPDTA], e tutti i player che saranno al massimo carri tier VI (livello 6) oppure avranno una bassa media di colpi a segno saranno designati per un periodo di addestramento accelerato all'accademia del clan.
