Unsere Gilde wurde im Jahr 2009 im Superhelden MMORPG Champions Online gegründet. Passend zum Spieleinhalt wurde die Gilde "Heldengarde" genannt. Diesen Namen haben wir seitdem beibehalten und wird von uns in allen anderen von der Gilde unterstützten Spielen genutzt. Zwei Besonderheiten der Heldengarde sind unser völliger Verzicht auf Voice-Chats wie Teamspeak, Ventrilo und Skype, sowie unsere ü30 Regelung bei der Aufnahme von Mitgliedern. Die Heldengarde versteht sich als eine Gemeinschaft aus Freizeitspielern, die die jeweiligen Spiele als Ausgleich und Entspannung vom Alltag sehen. Um jeglichen Druck auf Spieler zu vermeiden gibt es bei uns keinen festen Raidplan, sondern wir stimmen unsere Aktivitäten nach Lust und Laune stets über unseren Kalender oder spontan im jeweiligen Spiel ab.
Derzeitig ist die Heldengarde nicht offiziell bei Wargaming vertreten.
