1. 竹串を用意してください。
2. (A)を混ぜ合わせ、耳たぶ位の柔らかさになったらまとめます。
3. お好みの大きさに丸めます。
4. 沸騰したお湯に2を入れ、2分程茹でて浮いてきたらお湯からあげます。
5. 3を冷水にさらし、ザルにあげて水気を切ります。
6. 竹串に4を刺し、中火で熱したフライパンで焼き目がつくまで焼きます。
7. 小鍋に(B)と水溶き片栗粉を加え、弱火でとろみがつくまで混ぜ合わせます。
8. 焼いた団子に6をかけて完成です。
