Sarı Kuşak eğitimleri
Temel Yalın Altı Sigma proje lideri eğitimleridir. Yalın Altı Sigma yol haritasını, araçları ve uygulama alanlarını gerçek vakalar üzerinde uygulama yaparak katılımcılara aktaran atölye programlarıdır. Sarı Kuşaklar sınırlı kapsamlı projelere liderlik edebilir ve Yalın Altı Sigma kültürünün organizasyona yayılımında önemli rol üstlenirler.

Yeşil Kuşaklar organizasyonun proje liderleri, değişim elçileridir. Yeşil Kuşak olabilmek için programı tamamlamak, program sonundaki sınavı başarıyla geçmek ve en az 1 projeyi başarı ile tamamlamak gerekmektedir.
