本公會前身[SPART]於2014/8月由前會長Lotertarna建立,2017年與[-FRB-]公會結為友盟,互相交流
最後[SPART]於2018/2月多名幹部因人生規劃,公會暫停營運
2021/7月,由現任指揮官Victor91建立本公會,公會團隊移至[SP300],恢復營運
