1.) Filipino Age 17 above
2.) Must have 3 Tier 6, 8 vehicles for Stronghold and 3 Tier 10 in your garage.
3.) 50% Overall Win Rate AND 1100 minimum Efficiency Rating:
4.) Personal Rating should be 5000+ and WN8 1200 above
5.) Can log in TeamSpeak 3 and Discord (Voice Communication is EVERYTHING!)
