旭日旗は陸軍が使用していた日の丸で中央のタイプです。海軍が使用していた日の丸が右寄りの旭日旗ではありません。
みんなでワイワイするのが目的のクランですので基本的にルールはありません。最低限のマナーが守れれば誰でもokです チャットするのが嫌な人でも基本無言でも問題ないです。
