4. Contribution: Choose at least one of the following:
- Participate in Clan Wars / Advances (competitive)
- Complete Tour of Duty missions (casual)

6. Minimum Stats:
- 4,000+ battles
- 50%+ win rate preferred (lower WR may be accepted upon council review)
