せいぜい一言におさめて個人チャットで長時間ののしり合うなどはせず(できれば文字には出さずとどめて)よほどむかついたら通報とかブラックリストにいれるなりして対処してください。
当たり前ですがフレンドリーファイアや進路妨害などを故意だけでなく初心者の段階では難しいとも思いますが無意識でもそうならないよう射線の意識や射撃タイミングによって味方がさがるタイミングで妨害してしまうなどないよう心がけ、もしそうなりそうになっても無理に進もうとせず味方の進路を優先してあげてください(特に撤退)。味方を活かし生かすことが勝ちにもつながります。
以上のこと(といっても最低限のマナーであり別段気を付けることでもありませんが)を気に留めて楽しくやりましょう。
まず入ってくれた方は簡単にで構いませんからクランチャットなどであいさつをしてみましょう。
そうすれば実力が足りなくても好感をもって小隊など誘いやすいですしスキルアップのもなるかと思います。

最後に当クランはこの戦車のルートを進めてくださいなどといったことは一切ありません。
