1) Must be a wonderful aging man (or an exquisite lady.)

  
2) Must be open to drinking and driving (in tanks obviously.)

  
3) Must have a positive 50%+ WR / 2000+ battles / 1700+ WN8 in last 1000 battles.  
3a) Extra wonderful people may qualify without meeting every goal above.

  
4) Must complain at least once per game about how bullshit RNG is (in the most wonderful way.)

  
5) Must be aging, and wonderful of course.
