2\. 1900+ WN8 Recents.  
3\. Minimum 3 Tier 6 for Skirms (Preferably Crom, 85M, KV-2, Type 64.) , 3 Tier 8's (Any decent Tier 8's) and 1 or more Tier 10 (Obj. 907, Obj. 140, Chieftain, Obj. 279E, CGC, STB-1 etc.) for Skirms, Advances/Global Map

4\. Big Brain.  
5\. Able to understand and speak English.
