Urzędowa jednostka opiniotwórczo-opiniodawcza skierowana na rozwój subtelnych technik podróżowania. Powstała w XXII wieku na mocy dekretu o spójności metod podróżowania. Wyróżnia się 2 główne cele istnienia – przyznawanie odznaczeń honorowych oraz kontrola na poziomie jednostek integracyjnych.
Odznaczenia przyznawane za kolejne stopnie doskonałości głupich kroków:
1. Medal nieregularnego kroku;
2. Medal nie dającego się opisać kroku;
3.Order kroku co najmniej oryginalnego, jak na przykład krok lekko podskakujący odstawno-dostawny z periodycznymi wahnięciami parzystych palców licząc od środka i ewentualnymi odchyleniami imitującymi łapanie muchy na rzep, tylko gdy numer kroku dzieli się przez temperaturę powietrza wyrażoną w stopniach Beauforta na decybelę sześcienną, nałożony na sekwencję kroków wykonywanych przy tańcu-łamańcu w rozszerzonej wersji.
