[VALNT]Valiant appreciation

- competitive during campaigns, friendly the rest of the time
- have a working discord and mic
- you must pretend to like the valiant (you get promoted if you have a 3 mark valiant)
- WN8 must be 1.4k and recent 2k
- have 3 good tier 8 tanks for skirmishes
- have one tier 10 from the list of (140, CGC, 277, 279E, 260, 907, Chieftain, STB, Amx 50B, EBR, E3, E4, JG PZ E100, 60 TP)
(Ebr must at least have two moe to prove you can play in it)
