Nazwa naszego klanu "Pułk Ułanów Karpackich", to nazwa jednostki rozpoznawczej PSZ na Zachodzie i Środkowym Wschodzie. Jednostka powstała w dniu 5 lutego 1941 roku, w wyniku przemianowania Dywizjonu Rozpoznawczego Kawalerii Brygady Strzelców Karpackich na PUŁK UŁANÓW KARPACKICH. Pułk zaczęto w pełni motoryzować, nadając mu charakter jednostki pancernej.

  
Nasze logo klanowe zapożyczyliśmy z Odznaki Pułkowej, natomiast logo na czołgach to wersja oznaki rozpoznawczej Pułku malowana na pojazdach w okresie Kampanii Włoskiej.
