Киев оставлен Красной Армией 19 сентября 1941 года. Освобожден 6 ноября 1943 года войсками 1-го Украинского фронта и партизанами в ходе Киевской стратегической наступательной операции.

  
1й танковый батальон входил в состав  
150-й Киевской отдельной танковой бригады  
Период существования: с 17.09.1941 по 11.05.1945г.
