Applicant pre-requisites:
1. The ability to understand either English, Chinese, or Japanese.
2. Must be over 18 years old
3. Have manners and respect for fellow clan members and players in game
4. Played at least 1000 matches and have Tier 5 or higher tank in grade (premium tank doesn't count).
5. Use Google+ and Google Hangouts

4.　戦闘1000以上
5.　Tier5以上の車両を保有していること（プレミアム車ではありません）
