ニコニコ生放送よりの発足クランとなります。  
クラン名のNeutral(ニュートラル)は、中立者、または曖昧な状態を意味します。

  
クランの活動内容は「皆で仲良く遊びましょう」、単純明快です。  
故にグローバルマップでの戦闘は保証できません。  
より高度な戦闘をご所望の場合、他のクランを探す方がお互いの為かと思われます。

  
当クランでは特に堅苦しい規則は設けません。  
活動の第一前提として「楽しむ」という事を掲げているので、  
固執はせず、しかし努力は怠らず、そんな姿勢が望ましいです。  
成績や強さは、さほど重要ではありません。

  
構成員は、原則として日本人のみとします。  
意思の疎通の都合上、ご了承下さい。  
(使用するツールは、2016年1月の更新の段階で、「Skype」としています)
