カープを応援・支援する目的でカープの商標使用を希望される方に対して、下記の内容に従い、無償でその使用を許可します。
1. 使用を許可する商標
球団名、球団ロゴ、球団旗、マスコットなど
2. 無償で使用を許可する範囲
地域住民の皆様や、地元商店街などの催しもので、カープを応援・支援する目的で使用される場合や、公共機関が公共的な目的で使用される場合に限り、無償とさせて頂きます。
ただし、商標の価値を損なう恐れのある使用については、使用をお断りすることもあります。
また、使用期間中であっても、使用目的や使用方法が許可の範囲を逸脱するなど、使用の継続が不相当と判断された場合には、使用を中止して頂くことがあります。
なお、個人や企業などが、商品や広告宣伝物に使用されるなど、営利を目的として使用される場合には有償となりますので別途ご相談ください。
3. 許可申請の方法
使用にあたっては、必ず事前に申請し、球団から許可を得て頂くことが必要です。
球団に無断で使用された場合は、商標使用料等を請求させていただきます。
