\-Have Minimum 47% Win Rate and above  
\- Must have good efficiency, win rate and skill level over last 60 days  
\- Have a communication device such as a headset or microphone  
\- Must have tier 8 tank and attend frequently (Clan War, team battle or Random Battle)  
\- Have knowledge of basic english or better is recommended  
\- Be Disciplined, courteous and friendly
