1000-1200 efficiency rating
60-65% Hit Ratio
minimum of 4 Epic Achievements

Field Commander:

Tier 9-10 Tank/Tier 8 SPG
300-400 xp/battle
1000-1200 effieciency rating
60-70% Hit ratio
4+ Epic Achievements
