I.Introduction
"A Perfect Circle" is a rock band formed in 1999 by guitarist Billy Howerdel and Tool vocalist Maynard James Keenan. We have chosen this name for one simple reason, this project consist of our closest friends merely inside our own individual circles. The clan is first established in a MMORPG game called iRosePH Online, and is now setting our foot in world of tanks.
Our slogan "we will prevail" - Prove more powerful than opposing forces; be victorious. As we strive to enhance ourselves as players we will soon prevail.
II. Requirements
• Minimum tier of 8 (VIII).
• Can play or go online every Saturday for scheduled clan events.
• Can download and is willing to install our VOIP software (TeamSpeak3) for clan communications.
• Has a microphone to fully utilize TeamSpeak3.
• A good team player.
