沿革：  
前身原為六十七軍，三十七年成軍於南京。三十八年五月與第十軍併編，並改番號為第十軍，同年十月移駐舟山，十一月恢復六十七軍番號，並參加登步島戰役，大獲全勝。三十九年轉進來台，進駐桃園，四十三年於彰化整編為第二軍。六十五年一月改番號為第三十二軍，並遷駐新竹，七十八年「陸精六號案」移駐花蓮，同時改編為「花東防衛司令部」。
